Cancellation Policy

All charters are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% if it is cancelled within 48 hours of the charter. The cancellation fee will only be waived within this 24 hour period if the captain cancels due to inclement weather. Cancellations on the morning of the charter will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the charter price.
